We are looking for a Food Manufacturing Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shifts 
to join our team. We are collaborative, hardworking, and committed to producing high-quality food and beverage ingredients. Your work may include mixing, cooking, packaging, palletizing, and operating production equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Run, oversee, and fine-tune production and packaging equipment to support safe, efficient operations.
• Follow detailed recipe cards, operating instructions, and batch documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Measure and load ingredients, package finished products, and palletize goods for shipment.
• Complete equipment start-up, shutdown, and cleaning tasks according to established procedures.
• Safely operate a forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing facility (training provided).
• Keep work areas clean and organized while complying with company policies and food safety requirements.

What You’ll Bring

• Ability and willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays when scheduled.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility to perform a variety of production tasks.
• An interest in manufacturing and a desire to contribute to a high-performing production team.
• A willingness to learn new skills and continuously improve processes.
• Previous manufacturing or food production experience is preferred, but not required.
